Eric,

I have reviewed the procedures and have no major objections. I will need to readdress pricing with Krish, as we cannot absorb the cost of containment without being compensated. Additionally, neither SSC nor Termon will accept responsibility if cleaning the branch ducts after the main riser causes recontamination of the riser. We will expect to be paid for any additional cleaning. I will speak to Krish in hopes of ironing out the price structure. If we can agree on a price adjustment, and get authorization from DEP to proceed with the work, SSC can probably mobilize middle of next week. I hope this meets with your approval.

Attached are the HVAC cleaning procedures for this project, call me if you have any questions about them. We would like to get started cleaning at 225 Rector as soon as possible, let me know what needs to done before we can schedule this work. As discussed, I will contact building management at Gateway Plaza and 280 Rector to set up scheduling/coordination meetings.
