I received the final versions of Change Order 1 signed by three of the cleaning
contractors this week. The fourth has committed to having it hand delivered by noon
today. I will fax over all four copies this afternoon.

Subject: Copies of Change Orders/Contractor Correspondence
Happy New Year Virginia,
As a follow-up to my phone message, it is becoming critical to have
copies of all the change orders and any follow-up correspondence the
City may have sent to the contractors pertaining to all the issues
mentioned in Kathy Callahan's letter to Bob Avaltroni dated November 8,
2002 and pricing chart that was sent from
Dore LaPosta to Mike Gilsenan on 12/04/02. My cause for concern is
that one of the contractors showed Ray Basso pricing numbers that he
planned to use that were different from the chart. By not having these
documents it makes it difficult to respond to questions that the
contractors raise to us and essential to process the vouchers. I
appreciate your help with this, please give me a call. Thanks!
