Robin Levine asked me to tell you that we spoke to Jay Cohen in the World Trade Center Unit of the Law Dept. (212-676-9219). He said he will have some Law Dept, attorneys come out and look through your file cabinets re above appeal by Mr. Joel Kupferman. Robin asked that each of you call Jay Cohen as soon as you can and tell him when it would be convenient next week for his attorneys to come out, and also, please inform him how many file cabinets you have.

Thanks for your help.

Marie Dooley
