Description: HVAC was shut down as quickly as possible after the WTC collapse, the building was evacuated, the elevator shafts pulled in debris during the incident. The common area HVAC is for ventilation, it is not cooled. It may be heated, but he would need to verify. Separate ventilation is present for bathrooms and kitchens.
