michael, we will abide by your hold on any further HVAC inspections at
this point. 250 south end will not be done in advance of our resolving
an HVAC approach, will inform you of work schedule implications. we

is owned by same owner as 50 battery which was cleaned by owner and
found ok by our contractor’s HVAC expert. just so we get the building
