AM Subject: Cancellation Policy
Athenica has stated that they won't begin implementing the cancelation
policy until they have an agreement on compensation for time spent
contacting residents who will be removed form the program. Please
forward this issue to DEP for expedited resolution.

PM Subject: Cancellation Policy
We met with Matt today and discussed the EPA's cancellation policy.
I need resolution for the following:
After attempting to contact the tenant four times, followed by an e-mail
(if
an address is provided in the data base)and a
letter which is to be mailed to the tenant, is there an allowable amount
of
project monitor billing time to compensate for the effort spent on a
tenant
who will not be cleaned and/or tested?
In addition, we are still waiting for resolution to the questions raised
at
