Michael - I just wanted to confirm that you instructed the monitoring contractors to have the HVAC sub contractors stop work on this project until the monitoring contractors send in the appropriate paperwork for approval to use their HVAC sub contractors. I think you suggested in one of our conversations that you also may have to make a decision about using some of the reports that have been completed by the subcontractors if it turns out that DEP is not able to qualify one of them. Do I understand this correctly? I presiime once we clear the issue of approval we can then make the priority getting the reports delivered to us. Please let us know when these issues are resolved. Thanks
