The contract costs for the above referenced projects are as follows:

Air Mon. Warren & Panzer $ 387,300 ROF-REM1 Fiber Control $1,287,337.50+ $65,!SB® ROF-REM2 Kurzban & Sons $1,401, SB® + $193,000 ROF-REM3 Trio Asbestos Removal $ 955,650 + $50,!SB® The total cost is $4,349,287.50 The Air Monitoring contract and two of the remediation contracts (1 & 2) have pre-encumbrances in the system for the original amounts. The 3rd remediation contract has not yet been entered into FMS. Also, I need to modify the other contracts to reflect the increased insurance amounts. All work under the contracts will be completed prior to June 30th. Please let me know when we can proceed.
