Let'. stick with the plan. Our position is that we are prepared to fully fund the clear.:.ng 114 Liberty to the same standards as we did 125 Cedar, which has since been reoc-.~_aied by its residents. If the 114 Liberty condo association accepts the offer to clean - n the near future, the EPA/NYC DEP team will still have sufficient time to clean the ?-.wilding and permit re-occupancy prior to the end of the benefit period.
