I hope that you had a good vacation. I've let the tenants know that your staff has been working on the bidding process while you were away and that by know you should have hired a contractor. I've also told them that the cleaning will began the week of Labor Day and that the walk through with the contractor will be on the 6th, 7th or Sth. All of the tenants are eager to get the cleaning started. There are 2 apartments where the tenants have changed the lock on their doors and Samson doesn't have free access. Do you need to have all of the apartments open all of the time? Remember after our experiences during the last year we are all nervous about security?
