Hi Mike,
I hope that you had a good vacation. I've let the tenants know that your staff has been working on the bidding process while you were away and that by know you should have hired a contractor. I've also told them that the cleaning will began the week of Labor Day and that the walk through with the contractor will be on the 6th, 7th or Sth. Please contact Mark Scherzer- office # 212-406-9606, cell # 917-544-6464. He will arrange the walk through schedule with the tenants and handle any other situations that might arise. All of the tenants are eager to get the cleaning started. There are 2 apartments where the tenants have changed the lock on their doors and Samson doesn't have free access. They are IOS Sandy Gant and UN Diane Blell. Please speak to both Mark and Joe Masino about how access and the keys for all the apartments will be handled. Do you need to have all of the apartments open all of the time? Remember after our experiences during the last year we are all nervous about security? Please make sure that the contractor is aware and sensitive to this issue. As always thank you for all that you have done to try and make this as painless a process as possible. Speak to you after the 11th. Take care, Pat
