This is to confirm the recent conversations you had with representatives of the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) regarding the above-mentioned address.
The Department has completed the clean up activities at 125 Cedar Street, as per the contract specifications, the scopes of work and the access agreements (Reference Project WTC-UNA and WTC-UNC). As you are aware, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) has received and reviewed the sampling results. The summary of the USEPA evaluation is attached for your reference. The DEP concurs with this evaluation.
