REMOVAL OF DUST, DEBRIS, AND CONTAMINATED MATERIALS
1.04 DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED AT WORK SITE:
A. The Contractor shall display copies of any required letters of Notification or Permits.
B. Additional documentation required of the Contractor and to be available at the job site shall
include:
1. List of emergency telephone numbers to include:
a. Ambient Group, Inc.
b. O.S.H.A.
c. Fire Department.
d. Police Department.
e. Local Hospital.
f. Contractor’s Project Supervisor and Firm Principal.
g- Tenant’s Designated Project Contact.
2. The Contractor shall establish written work area emergency procedures and shall have
such a plan posted in view. In case of an emergency, decontamination procedures shall
not impede emergency procedures.
3. List of personnel.
4. A Daily Log of all persons entering the work area, including all visitors. The Log shall
include the full name and certification number of all employees, and the time when they
enter and exit the worksite.
5. The Daily Log shall include a record of start and stop times, any work area problems
encountered, any corrective action, exact quantities of materials removed, and estimated
amount of waste generated.
6. Copies of Daily Log forms shall be given to the Owner at the end of each week's work.
1.05 COORDINATION OF SUBCONTRACTORS AND OTHER TRADES:
A. The Contractor shall work in complete cooperation and coordination with any Subcontractors or
any other trades that maybe involved in other work within or related to the fecility.
