F. Clearance Failure Criteria and Response Actions
If any of the air or wipe samples fail to meet the specified clearance criteria, then the entire work area shall be re-cleaned and tested for only the specific contaminant(s) that failed.
2. The clean up and testing for the parameter(s) that failed shall be repeated until compliance is achieved. The Contractor shall be responsible for any additional cost incurred, including the Owner's air monitoring and wipe sampling, due to test results exceeding the limits prescribed in Item E.

3.01 PERSONAL MONITORING:
A. The Owner shall not perform air monitoring to meet the Contractor's OSHA requirements for personnel sampling or any other purpose. This testing is the sole responsibility of the Contractor and shall be included in the Contract Sum.
