Today's Update
We are ready to go tomorrow morning. We have only received lists from three residents.
As discussed-
Residents who do not supply lists and/or instructions will be cleaned strictly in accordance with the
scope-of-work. The tagging will be used by ETS as best possible. If any items are not clearly
identifiable for disposal, they shall be cleaned to the best of our ability and will remain in the
residence. Porous items/intricate items, etc. shall be cleaned as best as possible and wrapped in
polyethylene.
Based on today's observations, the wall markings are not in accordance with the plans submitted to
the Department. Therefore, the contractor has been instructed that only walls that are marked on
the walls with the green paint for removal shall be removed. All other walls shall remain. There is
one exception and that is on the 11th and 12th floors where the walls shall be removed in accordance
with the plans.
