On Friday, 9/28, OEM will implement new .access control to the Ground Zero area. DEP will be exempted fi-om being required to obt.ain a site specific badge. D.EP will be allowed into the area with only their agency ID and another picture ID. DEP Contractors will need to obtain, a white pass from 1S89 on Chambers and West .Street. Only those people who frequent Piet 92 will be required to have WTC 2001 photo ID badge. Occasional visits to Pier 92 can obtain a day pass at the door by pre.setitiiig Agency ID along with another photo ID (e.g. Drivers licence).
