(718) 595-6576 Fax (718)595-3557 [email protected] As you know, the Law Department has been visiting various agencies, collecting documents pertaining to the events of 9/11, and taking them away to be scanned and indexed to assist in the City’s defense of Mark D. Hoffer General Counsel 9/11-related litigation. DEP has already been visited several times and has Bureau of Legal supplied documents fi’om different offices and Bureaus. Affairs Tel (718) 595-6555 Just today, Law returned a carton of WTC documents to me. Some Fax (718) 595-6543 of the contents are files from Legal Affairs, which I have kept. The rest liiliniSiis:jdep.nyc.gov are files kept by Diana Chapin and I am returning those to you herewith. www.nyc.gov/dep
