Hoffer General Counsel 9/11-related litigation. DEP has already been visited several times and has Bureau of Legal supplied documents fi’om different offices and Bureaus. Affairs Tel (718) 595-6555 Just today, Law returned a carton of WTC documents to me. Some Fax (718) 595-6543 of the contents are files from Legal Affairs, which I have kept.
