Please provide me with the names and telephone numbers of all supervisors within your Bureau who had a material role in the response and recovery efforts.

These supervisors will need to meet with ACC Barillas in the future so that she may begin to ascertain the facts and circumstances surrounding the response and recovery efforts. Theresa is the City’s lawyer in this instance, and the interviews will neither be adversarial nor depositions; this matter is at the information-gathering stage.
