As per our discussion at yesterday’s executive staff meeting pertaining to DEP’s taking responsibility for the Lower Manhattan clean up activities, I would like your assistance in ensuring a full and immediate orderly transition.
I would like you to prepare an immediate memorandum to all Task Force members thanking them for their great work in this project. Additionally, would you please ensure that all open issues are directed to me without delay so we may ensure that all projects are funded by FEMA through DEP.
