10. Strengthening of foundations and the addition of foundation bolts, provided ihal visible new work is in kind, including moilar that matches the color, strength, and joint tooling of historic mortar, .where occurring.

E. Roofing

In kind repair, replacement, or strengthening of roofing, gutters, or downspouts. .Also, cement asbestos shingles may be replaced w ith asphalt based shingles, and untreated wood shingles may be replaced with fire resistant wood .shingles. prox-ided that if the e.xisling roofing i.s historic, the new roofing will match the historic appearance.

F. Weatherproofing and Insulation
