The Allowance does not apply to historic architectural fmishe.^ such as decorative plaster trim, or plaster substrates for decoratiAC material.s such as murals, gold leaf. etc.

3. Repair or replacement of suspended or glued ceiling tiles.

4. Installation of grab bars and other such minor interior modifications for handicapped accessibility.
