Re: Frozen Zone Adjustments
Based on the recommendations of infrastructure agencies and utilities, the fellowing -
areas are ready to.be re-occiqned:
• The south side of Murray St and the north side'ofParicPt from Greenweh
St to Broadway.
• The area enconqiassed by West St. (on the west). Rector St. (on the south),
Albany St/Thames St. (on the north) and Broadly (on the east).
• The buildings on die side streets between Chu^h Stt. and Bro^way from
liberty St to Park Pl. However, wc will not open 4uy of thc.bUfldiBgs feeing
Church St This will include the following addresses: j . ' * -
>'; Allbuildinga with entrances on Broadway, exc^ l Liberty Plaza
> 10,12.22CortlandtSt
> 2,12; 18,20 and 26 Vesey St.
> 21 Barclay St, 22 Park Pl.
Please let me know by October 15,2001 if you have any objections to this plan
based on air-quality or environmcutol health issues. As you know, the sooner we can
get people back to their homes and businesses, the sooner we will be able to recover
from this incident.
