The cleaning program resulted from multiple agency cooperation and coordination for the removal of debris from the collapse of the WTC. Joel A. Miele Sr., P.E. Commissioner We hereby request a waiver of fees related to the sidewalk closures. The NYC Robert C. AvaltronI DEP has emergency contracts with following three NYS licensed asbestos contractors Deputy Commissioner for the removal of debris and is responsible for coordination and oversight of the Bureau of exterior cleaning program.
