Pll Dear Pll Thank you for your recent call to the Lower Manhattan Air Quality Hotline regarding information about the aftermath of the World Trade Center disaster, how the City will go about making the place a better area, and what is being done about improving the transportation.

I have enclosed some material that I believe you and your class will find helpful. It includes fact sheets, press releases, newspaper articles, services available, with telephone numbers. There also are some web sites you or your teacher may want to search: the USEPA website - http://www.epa.gov/epahome/wtc: the NYCDEP Website — http://www.nyc.gov/htmidep/airmonit.htmi: and the NYC Department of Health’s website — http://www.nyc.gov/htmi/doh/htmi/aierts/9i 1 .htmi. There also are Others, which you can check on the search engine.

Good luck with your class project. If you have further questions, you can still reach the Lower Manhattan Air Quality Hotline at (212) 221- 8635.
