Dear Petra
I would be willing to try to put something together on this if it seems like there is something constructive we could do. It seems important to bring up sustainable design again at this point, now that the plans are a bit more settled.
Besides contacting Libeskind, the LMDC and Port Authority, I thought it might be a good idea to have some kind of green design competition, especially regarding the office buildings - which don't seem to be fully determined at this point. To capture people's attention in the same way as the previous architectural design competition. I'd be interested in hearing what others think.
1 don't have the emails of all the people who might be interested. Maybe you could circulate this to others as well.
Best regards, Gail
