Ms. Karen Ellis NYC DEP 59-17 Junction Blvd., Corona, NY 11368

Dear Ms. Ellis: Enclosed you will find 3 items: 1) NYC Record dated June 6, 1973, citing MEA 55-73 M, which speaks for itself. 2) October 19, 2001, item from Houston Chronicle reporting that 1 Liberty Plaza building was reopened. I note here that UFC/Rapco Foam were used to insulate said building. 3) A photo Of UFC foam being applied- the product we were discussing with you. Not long after we spoke about this subject, we received a call from a Mr. Ritchie Shearer. We were not in, being behind NY time one hour, and tried to return his call about an hour later, and then 3 more times, without connec ting. We are puzzled about this mysterious call and wonder who he is and why he called. They told me he is the Director of the NYC Office of Emergency Management. If you can enlighten us, please do. The symptoms, reported in the press/of workers at the WTC site are typical of cyanide poisoning. Sealing ofJ the invisible and hard to identify gases makes this a very troubling situation. Best wishes: AQUA-SHED TECHNOLOGIES, INC., 3l» Fritz Kramer, Pres. ' kK (r uV Vy^5> '"■jo/WoLe <L
