Dear Sir:
Thank you for your letter of February 15, 2002 with regard to our cleanup efforts following the collapse of the World Trade Towers.
This building is located on the east side of the island and sustained no damage as a result of the collapse. No glass was broken and no debris was found on the roof.
Subsequent to September 11, 2001, we have repeatedly cleaned the public areas of the building, the roof and the rooms containing the mechanicals. The halls and lobby were swept and mopped. This is a weekly routine. The sidewalk in front of the building is swept and, until recently, hosed down at least once a week.
There is no central air-conditioning in the building. Heat is supplied by a closed steam/hot water system
