The Department of Defense Appropriations Bill (Public Law [P.L.] 107-117) was signed by the President of the United States on January 10, 2002 and transfers funds from the emergency appropriations passed in September 2001 for response to World Trade Center disaster.
The following is a partial and initial list of federal agencies that would be administering funds that may be used for reimbursement of disaster related costs incurred by eligible applicants to the FEMA Public Assistance Program.
