DAMAGE DESCRIPTION AND DIMENSIONS The fires and explosions al the World Trade .Canter (WTC) buildings 1 and 2 resulted In the collapse of Wees towers and Of surrounding buddlnga. The collapse of tea towars spread a cloud of dust, pulverized concrete, and smoke throughout Lower Manhattan. The force from the collapse pushed this debris into the interiora of many buildings in Lower Manhattan. Local government agendes have documented die environmental, health, and acBnomio threat posed by this debris (see Attachment I).

SCOPE OF WORK This projscl wwkahast la written to reimburse (he Department ef Environmental Protection (OEP) for the estimated cost to initiate and to implemant a program to perform on-demand indoor cleaning for oocuplsd residential buildinga south of Canal StreeL DEP will procure and put in place the necessary contracts, and the United Stataa Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) will administer and supervise the contracts. This project worksheet also includes related contract costa ter air monitoring and public outreach through a call center. The total estimated amount for this project worksheet is 578.380,500.
