4. The vendor will collect and analyze by Phase Contrast Microscopy (PCM) a total of twenty (20) air samples from various locations in the vicinity of the World Trade Center on a daily basis. All locations will be design^ed by DEP DERTA, and may be periodically changed. All equipment needed for the air sampling including electric generators, edr sampling pumps, etc., will be supplied by toe vendor. Sufficient personnel shall be assigned so that each sampling point is manned and supervised at all times while sampling is In progress.
Air samites vMIl be collect^ after 0800 hours each day. PCM results of each days' air monitoring will be provided to DEP no later than 2100 hours each evening. The results will be faxed to a designated number and will be e- mailed to selected individuals within DEP. At DEP's discretion, certain samples may be required to be analyzed using Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). The TEM results will be provided no later than.jl20erhours on the following day.
