Based up< n our conversation ami my visit w the sitt, 1 have developed the following proposal for the cleaning < f the toilet and getien? exhaust systems and the various air-handling systems at 225 Rector Street, Ne w York, New York, IT e scope of work will be as follows:

I. The grilles and registers will be removed, water-washed and replaced, 2. The horizontal ductwork will be cleaned using various types of agitation equipment. 3. The exhaust risei 5 will Ite cleaned using various types of agitation equipment along with the aid of tit,e uni’. 4. The supply risei 5 will be cleaned uting various types of agitation equipment and a HEPA-fjlteiud ccklcctioa unit. 5. The air-handling units will be HEPA- vacuumed and/or power-washed, as applicable. 6. The coils will be power-washed to reraeve any impacted debris.

The legist cs involved in a jjrojecl of this type are difReult. After we discern the placement of each riser rad the di fusers fed by it, we will need to coordinate etitiy to die associated apartments. If access to an area is no possible, we cannot clean it nor can we guarantee that there win be no cross-contamination caused by lour cleaning process. We also request that someone on staff be at our disposal in the event that unforeseci, obstacles occur.
