Moustafa,

I was not questioning Kim's authority or her diligence. In fact, I commend her for it. I was just letting her know that, in general, the overtime was approved for the duration of this project. Kim's e-mail was general in scope and I responded as such. If it is a problem with an individual employee, than by all means Kim should be investigating and taking the proper steps based on her findings. I hope this clears up my original e-mail.

Mike

Mike,

The employee in question does not have a good track record. The times he claimed he worked could not even be validated by leonard. If you want his time sheets signed by his direct supervisor I suggest they be informed of the scheduled work hours. You should take a look at the time sheets he submitted. Its a far stretch compared to other personnel working the wtc program. Kim was being very diligent in the review of the time sheets.

Leonard, In the future, notify the individuals supervisor of the set schedule. Any deviation from it must be first approved by the individuals supervisor and must detail the specific hours that services are required. Open ended time overtime schedules cannot not be approved. Kim

Yes, it should be 12am. On 09/21 and 09/28 the asbestos contractor was scheduled to start air monitoring at Sam and continue to 12am. I instructed Gilbert to be at the job site as early as he could to watch the entire setup through to the conclusion of the monitoring those 2 days. —Original Message— From: Hanna, Kim
