As you are aware, the way that the FOIL requests are distributed, most of the time each of the units in this bureau receive a copy.
Although I have received copies of most of the asbestos sampling that was done related to the outdoor network for use on WTC-related conference calls, I do not believe I am the person, who would release any of the data that was collected, for a number of reasons.
Because I do have the data, I just wanted to make sure no one is making the assumption that I am replying to the WTC data FOIL requests by sending out copies of the sampling reports I have. I am replying that 1 do not have the information.
If I should be doing something differently, please let me know.
