Kathy,

Krish, Chuck and Mark spoke today regarding the 114 Air Monitoring contract. For pah's. Chuck and Mark want to reduce the detection and clearance levels. For dioxins, they want to lower the detection limit. We have two concerns, (1) can these new levels be reached so that residents will be able to return to their apartments in a timely manner and (2) are we, EPA/DEP, vulnerable in doing something different at 114 Liberty than we did at 125 Cedar? Please let me know your thoughts.

Thanks,

Mike
