Greetings- We will have a brief hotline meeting tomorrow morning as scheduled at 9:30 in the Queens Room at 100 Gold Street. Please bring any further information you have on the questions from the last meeting.

---- Original Message---- From: Kim, Eric [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Friday, February 22, 2002 9:08 AM To: Ilan, Lee; Salkin, Andrew Subject: RE: Environ. Hotline Question
Lee, Cleaning sidewalks in New York City is the responsibility of the property owner. For example, in front of an apartment building it would be the building owner. The Department of Sanitation is responsible for enforcing that rule.
Feel free to forward any other questions our way - I will see you at 1 pm and will be glad to take any that you have then as well. -eric

---- Original Message---- From: Ilan, Lee Sent: Thursday, February 21, 2002 9:52 PM To: Salkin, Andrew; Kim, Eric Subject: Environ. Hotline Question
Andy, Eric- At the meeting this morning to develop a downtown environmental hotline, the question arose of who is responsible for cleaning dust off sidewalks - a building owner? the DOT? Battery Park City Authority (in that area?) Can you help with this one? Thanks, Lee
