SUHJ: Passes for 100 Church Street

In order to restore even a limited function to the Law Department, we need
to get into our offices at 100 Church Street to begin to retrieve case files and other litigation materials. To that end, please allow passes to be issued to the individuals on the
O attached list. This is a partial list. In a short time, as the courts resume a normal schedule,
we will need passes for others as well. I will send you a further memorandum with their
names.
We also understand that the building is currently being cleaned and we have
arranged coordination with the company doing the cleaning.
