Dear Josh: o v)
Many `Thank You's' for taking the time to answer my call and to link me up with your office fax. Any American, and certainly us New Yorkers, can well appreciate how busy you are.
The following letter sent 10/3 to the Mayor's Action Center spells out what we seek, who I am, who we are, and why we want your office's participation.
Our meeting is scheduled forc13/13. at26 Federal Plaza. Arrangements arc being done out of my office in Hauppauge, and by our federal staff at Commerce in Washington.
In sum, no meeting on disaster assistance and small business, and how small/minority business trade-related firms, etc.-have been impacted---and what is being done-to assist them---would be complete without your office's participation. All that we seek is a speaker, perhaps yourself, or as many as you would like to bring along, for-45 minutes, maximum.
If the attached letter to the MAC does not answer any questions that you may have, please call me at any time:
631-231-8888 x208 or 516-384-8700.
Thank you, and we very much hope that your office will participate in our 11/13 meeting.
America, and the world, salutes the intrepid leadership of Mayor Giuliani.
Very truly yo ,
