1 spoke with Jonathan Fair last week. I believe that he may have been waiting for us to list the "property". As of now, we are considering the ship as "brick and mortar" and will list on Multiple Listing.
I look forward to hearing from you office. Time is of the essence to assist in preventing so many jobs fleeing to new Jersey and elsewhere that will never return to the city.
