APPROACH / DEPARTURE - EAST 34" STREET HELIPORT.

1. At no time will any helicopter utilizing these procedures enter the 3 NM restricted airspace area, as defined in the now current Notam numbered "FDC 1/9841 ZNY NY", or any subsequent applicable Notam, except for that period necessary to conduct the final approach to, or initial takeoff from, the heliport.

NOTE: This procedure would only cause an incursion into the 3NM restricted airspace of approximately 900 feet

2. All approaches and departures will be conducted VER, over the East River, and 59th transition to and from a point in space, located over the east stanchion of the Street / Queensboro bridge, which is approximately 1 NM north of the heliport.

3. All helicopters utilizing these procedures will maintain contact with LaGuardia tower, and the heliport, on the appropriate frequencies. Appropriate transponder codes will be assigned by ATC.

APPROACH / DEPARTURE - WEST 30TH STREET HELIPORT.

1. At no time will any helicopter utilizing these procedures enter the 3 NM restricted airspace area as defined in the now current Notam numbered "FDC 1/9841 ZNY NY", or any subsequent applicable Notam, except for that period necessary to conduct the final approach to, or initial takeoff from, the heliport.

NOTE: This procedure would only cause an incursion into the 3NM restricted airspace of approximately 600 feet

2. All approaches and departures will be conducted VFR over the Hudson River, and transition to and from a point in space, located over the middle of the Hudson River, adjacent to the Intrepid Sea / Air Museum, which is approximately 1 NM north of the heliport.

3. All helicopters utilizing these procedures will maintain contact with LaGuardia tower, and the heliport, on the appropriate frequencies. Appropriate transponder codes will be assigned by ATC.
