Dear Mr. Anuforo:
According to the visual inspection done by DJH Mechanical Associates Ltd., hereby we recommend the following items to be cleaned:
• Outside louvers and grilles • Indoor plenum • System blower wheels and coils • Air distribution system • Delivery grilles and registers
The above-mentioned items are located on the Sub-Basement and 30th floor mechanical room, therefore; we recommend this equipment should be cleaned.
All floors above the 2' floor through the 28th floors are equipped with self contained incremental units.
