Re: WTC Reports for 45 Wall Street

Dear Mr. Anuforo:

According to visual inspection DJH Mechanical Associates Ltd , hereby recommend that following item be cleaned: • Outside louvers and grilles • Indoor plenum • System blower wheels and coils • Air distribution system • Delivery grilles and registers

All the items are located on the 1St floor and Sub-Basement. Additionally, the 30th floor mechanical room evidences traces of WTC debris. Therefore we recommend that this equipment be cleaned.

All floors above the 2nd floor through the 28th floors are equipped with self contained incremental units.
