Dear Mr. Confortini,

According to visual inspection conducted by our HVAC Specialist Duct Dusters Air Duct Cleaning, Environmental Technologies Division, Cole Consulting Corp hereby recommend that one equipments should be recleaned because WTC dust was found in the equipments.

Please note that during the visual inspection of the HVAC Units in the above building, the following under listed units were found to be impacted and should be cleaned. I. HVAC Unit: Located in Elevator room and serving Gym and Club 45

All other systems were cleaned properly. Please note that there are Three (3) Central Ventilation System Units cleaned in this building and re-inspected. This constitute three (3) inspections.
