1. Isolation barriers (i.e., sealing off aU apeniags)'shall be installed with 2 layers' of 6-mil plastic sheeting sealed with tape sad/or caulked for a.9rthightnesa (reference is Arun e s i-a1(k) sd 1-81(1)).

2. •Applicant shall comply with 15 RCNE'i 1=91 (except f 1-91(g)), where the number of air changes per hour shall be increased to 6.

3. The walls of the work area and any floor ourfanes not being abated, ahal3. be plasticized with two layers of 9-mil plastic sheeting.

4. The asbestos containing material shall be removed first, lay wet methods.

8. A visual inspection shall be conducted by the asbestos handler supervisor to ensure the absence of debris on the floor.

6. VAT removal,sha1 not begin until at least one hour after the visual inspection in order to decrease the fiber concentration inside the world, area.

7. 1f visible emissions are detpoted beyond the ifOlation barriers, work shall cease, The sourer of the emissions shall be properly controlled and the dust resulting from the fugitive emissions shall be at a minimum wet-cleaned until. all evidence thereof is removed (reference 15 RQNY 5 3.94)

8. Final clean-up procedures shall comply with 3s RCIIY 5 1-112.
