Dear Mr. Freda, emergency clean up at the above ATC Associates Inc. (ATC) has been retained to respond for and subjected them to referenced site. ATC collected bulk samples of interior dust accumulations analysis documents that Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) analysis on September 18, 2001. The show that trace amounts (<1%) of the dust was not asbestos containing. However, the results did asbestos was present, therefore, as a precaution, the bulk clean up was performed by a licensed asbestos abatement contractor, Pinnacle Environmental Corp. visual inspections and collected ATC observed daily cleaning activities, performed the required Analytical results showed airborne fiber air samples within the building following the clean up. 0.01 fibers per cubic concentration within the building to be less than the regulatory standard of analysis at the time of centimeter of air (<0.01 f/cc) by Phase Contrast Microscopy (PCM) air monitoring results it is testing.
