General Related Management Company, L.P. in ATC Associates, Inc. (ATC), was retained by the collapse of the World Trade Center response to air quality concerns at Parc Place following the ATC conducted interviews with buildings on September 11, 2001. Addressing these concerns inspection of the ventilating, and air- building maintenance personnel, performed a visual a walk-through visual inspection of conditioning systems including air intakes for cleanliness and air samples were collected for fiber residential units and common areas. Representative ambient subsequently via Transmission and analysis initially via Phase Contrast Microscopy (PCM) accumulated dust and debris was Electron Microscopy (TEM).
