Dear Mr. Barber:
ATC Associates, Inc. (ATC) was retained by Kellogg Properties to conduct asbestos air sampling at the above referenced site. Mr. Tim Amstislayskiy performed the air sampling from Wednesday, September 26" through Friday. September 28''' 2001. All Air samples were analyzed via Phase Contrast Microscopy. (PCM) on basement through 12"'floor & Transmission 11cctron Microscopy (TEM) for the tenant on 3rd floor.
A total of 66 samples were taken throughout the above-mentioned floors via PCM and 5 samples via TEM. All air-sampling results via PCM for the ambient areas were below 0.01 fibers per square centimeter (f/cc), and via TEM on the 3`d floor show airborne structure concentrations to be less than 70 structures per Millimeter Square (s/mm), which meets the clearance criteria following all City, State and Federal. Regulations for both. PCM & TEM. The area is now ready for re-occupancy.
