6. Collect and analyze air samples via Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), which is the state-of- the-art method providing specific determination of airborne asbestos concentrations.
7. Submit a written report of test results, principal findings and possible recommendations within 10 business days.
A written report describing the investigation will be prepared for Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. may consist of:
- Executive Summary - Procedures and methods of the investigation - Results of real-time sampling and testing with comparison to applicable standards and regulations - Conclusions and recommendations (if applicable)
The investigation will be carried out and the report compiled by an experienced investigator, with a quality assurance review by senior technical staff (i.e. CIH).
SCHEDULE
As discussed, ATC shall staff these efforts at a minimum of once per week through the duration of the year. As more data becomes available this weekly effort can be lessened if results show a stable interior environment within acceptable analytical parameters.
