Dear Mr. Radhakrishnan:

In response to the Department of Environmental Protection, Asbestos Control Program's inspection of the Department of Sanitation's office building at 44 Beaver Street, New York, New York, the Department of Sanitation directed its environmental consultant, LiRo-Kassner, Inc. to perform an assessment of the dust on the exterior surfaces of the building. The results of the collection and analysis of dust samples indicated that no asbestos was detected in any of the dust sample. Therefore, no further action will be taken by the Department of Sanitation.
