Krish and Penny, I just tried calling both of you and left voicemails. We had some concerns regarding your recent permit applications.

1. Roadway closures: For roadway closures, as we have discussed previously, we generally require a week's notice before a permit can be issued. Several of the locations you applied for this weekend for roadway closures are for next weekend which is appropriate. 55 Nassau Street, 30-38 Cedar Street and 94 Greenwich Street may require roadway closures according to your permit applications but you have asked to work this weekend. Since this work could include roadway closures, can you schedule this work to occur next weekend (the 19th and 20th) as you have done with other locations that will require roadway closures?

2. Your permit application for 94 Greenwich Street indicates that you may require a closure of Rector Street. Since that is a different segment than the one you are applying for, please list that segment out as a separate location and re submit that permit application (for next weekend since it involves a roadway closure)

Thanks, Eric Kim
