Please find a permit application for the exterior cleaning of:
• 94 Greenwich Street • 94 1/2 Greenwich Street • 96 Greenwich Street
As per our conversations, there is already construction at the street on Greenwich Street and we do not believe we will actually be able to work. We will instruct Trio to coordinate with the contractor who has the ongoing project. We would like to have the permits in place so that we can coordinate these efforts.
The Rector Street side of 94 Greenwich Street undergoes periodic closure during the day from what we have seen. We would like to get the Rector side completed next weekend (hopefully, in one day).
